Why?

Costuna Technology started because modern software is completely bottlenecked by outdated physical infrastructure and thinking. We talk a lot about automated logistics and smart systems, but the sensors on the ground are still too slow and unreliable.

We build the actual software and hardware systems - things like RFID, LiDAR, Vision, and V2X - that merge digital data with physical machinery.

Formation.

Marilyn Costuna started the firm with a practical goal: to better connect Asian technical innovation with the specific infrastructure needs of North America and Japan. Rather than following the traditional outsourcing model, Marilyn focused on building a team that actually integrates, taking specialized R&D from Southeast Asia and applying it directly to complex, high-stakes projects abroad. This approach has allowed the company to stay lean while remaining deeply involved in the global technology supply chain.

Our Operational Model.

We believe that great engineering requires a clear head and a quiet environment. To keep our teams focused, we’ve separated the business of running a company from the craft of building technology.

• Our Dubai Office handles the heavy lifting of global logistics, product delivery, and administration. It’s our administrative anchor that allows us to work with technology partners in the US and Europe, as well as Asia, seamlessly.

• Our Singapore and Philippines Teams are the heart of the operation. By moving the paperwork to Dubai, our engineers in Singapore and the Philippines can stay focused on what they do best: solving the technical challenges of automated identification and systems monitoring.
