The Vision: Why We Build

I founded Costuna Technology Limited on a simple, stubborn conviction: global infrastructure is lagging behind our technical capability. We are living through an evolutionary shift toward smart cities and autonomous logistics, yet the "ground truth,” the hardware and data flow at the edge, is often the weakest link.

We exist to bridge that gap. By engineering the foundational AutoID systems (RFID, LiDAR, V2X, and AI-enhanced sensors) we aren’t just predicting the transition to intelligent infrastructure; we are providing the tools to build it.

Leadership & Heritage

Marilyn Costuna started the firm with a practical goal: to better connect Asian technical innovation with the specific infrastructure needs of North America and Japan. Rather than following the traditional outsourcing model, Marilyn focused on building a team that actually integrates, taking specialized R&D from Southeast Asia and applying it directly to complex, high-stakes projects abroad. This approach has allowed the company to stay lean while remaining deeply involved in the global technology supply chain.

Our Operational Model

We believe that great engineering requires a clear head and a quiet environment. To keep our teams focused, we’ve separated the business of running a company from the craft of building technology.

• Our Hong Kong Office handles the heavy lifting of global logistics, licensing, and administration. It’s our administrative anchor that allows us to work with partners in the US and Europe seamlessly.

• Our Singapore and Philippines Teams are the heart of the operation. By moving the paperwork to Hong Kong, our engineers in Singapore and the Philippines can stay focused on what they do best: solving the technical challenges of automated identification and V2X data.
