Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms By accessing the services provided by Costuna Technology Limited, you agree to be bound by these terms. Our services are strictly intended for enterprise and professional engineering use.

2. Intellectual Property (IP) All Intellectual Property, including but not limited to software code, middleware architecture, sensor integration logic, and technical documentation, remains the exclusive property of Costuna Technology Limited. Unauthorized reverse engineering or redistribution is strictly prohibited.

3. Service Delivery The Company provides technology licensing and system integration consulting on a project-by-project basis. Deliverables are governed by individual Master Service Agreements (MSA) and Statements of Work (SOW) executed between the Company and the Client.

4. Limitation of Liability Costuna Technology Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our engineering designs or licensed software platforms.

5. Governing Law These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. Any disputes shall be resolved through the courts of Hong Kong.
